What is SUP?
SUP stands for Stand-Up Paddle Board. Besides bringing calm, paddle boarding strengthens the muscles and your balance; every muscle from the toes to the neck is used. It is a mix of boating and surfing: the paddler stands and drives the board forward with a single-bladed paddle. Standing is not essential — you can also paddle sitting down.

Bushehr, Tangestan, Delvar coastal district, Bandar Rostami (first entrance from the Bushehr port side). At the end of the entrance road, on the right of Imam Hossein Street; after 200 metres, take the lane before the Hosseiniyeh (on the left, Farahmand primary school lane). At the end of the lane on the right (keep going until you reach the sea): the two-storey Pissoo Eco-Lodge building.
